    Bank of Canada took an axe to short-term interest costs today, cutting its key rate by three quarters of a point in a move to get consumers and businesses borrowing and spending again and help revive the slumping economy… so let’s max-out our credit card!!

    Question: Creditors that operate in Canada ex: Visa, shouldn’t their rates be locked in with a ratio proportional to the bank of canada’s interest rate? when the rate comes down, they should follow, like a 10:1, the fact that they charge ~18% regardless of the national rate is a CRiME, its called usury, i will fight this…
