You first of all want to up your GPA should be atleast 3.5, also consider some volunteer work/community outreach programs. AP courses are a great help to show your dedication toschool.

Even 4.0 students get turned away from Harvard. You need many extra curricular activities, leadership experience, volunteer work, sports, music, etc. They turn away many many applicants. Don’t be disappointed if you don’t make it.

Harvard College is for undergraduates (people who have completed high school). Its very competitive! They just got like 25,000 applications for about 5000 slots.
Harvard Business School is a graduate school that offers an MBA or a PhD. 800 people a year enter for the MBA. Maybe 40 go for the PhD. Its very competitive. To get in you need to be a college senior or have a college degree.
