I am thinking about going back to school to get another degree in accounting so I can take the CPA exam. I am wondering if accounting firms would look unfavorably at someone with 2 undergraduate degrees.

Speaking as the owner of an accounting firm, No. There is an accountant shortage. We simply want someone who is qualified and will do the work and very soon.

Not at all. If you already have you Bus. Mgmt degree you have taken most of your required business classes. Another year you should have your accounting degree.
